AMD stutter fix

Does the game work fine for 10 mins and then lags for 10 seconds?
It is not because you have a crap rig and you must always upgrade.

AMD GPU - set VULKAN renderer in VIDEO options - launch options (-vulkan)

AMD CPU - launch options(-threads 4) - Must match your CPU thread count.

I had all manner of systems and the best I had was a i7 1080TI & 2060 rig
but this fix solved my super cute ryzen 3 and 6500xt set up.

Which operating system?
Maybe thermal throttling.
I saw Dota 2 Vulkan burning a Polaris RX 480 in no time.

with AMD Ryzen 8 Core CPU
on Linux (with Nvidia GTX 1070)
