New Meepo Skin From Lootboxes Chance

Does anyone know what the chances for me to get the meepo skin in 10 lootboxes is? Is the skin going to be tradeable or marketable?

Thanks, if I did the math right I think i only have barely a 50% chance to get it with buying 20 boxes. DO you know if they eventually sell these on market?
