I've been having this ♥♥♥♥ happen to me for a good part of June and I can't seem to fix it. I'm going crazy here. I don't even know where that file that seems to be missing is supposed to be located. PLEASE, VALVE, WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥? I DON'T WANNA MISS CROWNFALL ACT 3 and 4! HELP ME WITH THIS!

Well, for starters, I tried reinstalling my video card drivers and it helped me, now it loads into the game several times faster.

Try reinstalling the video card driver, it helped me.
