Minimum behaviour for ranked?

Hello. I am trying to increase my behaviour score. It says 3000 is minimum behaviour to be able to queque ranked match. In reality it is impossible to find ranked game bellow some behaviour. I am currently at 4000 behaviour and it is impossible to find ranked match. What is the minimum behaivour? Is it 4000, 5000 or 6000?

I think they mean the following: You need 3k to queue. But to find games faster you'll need a higher behavior score. Sure you can queue with 3k, but might take a long time, since you've been placed into a "special" pool of players.
(12k behavior and you'll find games in 2-3 minutes *usually*)
