Only thing you can do is try VPNs to force different routes and see if it improves your ping. Rerouting softwares like GearUP booster or ExitLag also work. (I get my normal 170-180ms on League EUW servers from SEA).
Hey, I genuinely appreciate you validating my suspicions. Recently, I’ve been playing Dota 2 for a few days, and I’ve been convincing my friends to join me on the US servers, specifically US West. Unfortunately, I’ve been using NordVPN account that I got from work, but I’m not a fan – it doesn’t really provide the help I need. I will try using exit lag if it will work.
