Is it possible to trade collector's cache sets that are unbundled?

I have a few recent collector's cache that I would like to trade/sell for other collector's cache sets (PA ones in particular), the only problem is that they are unbundled.

ti9 Collector’s Cache I items are tradable 1 time after unbundle.
ti10 Collector’s Cache I and II are tradable 1 time too after unbundling, i think it's a bug from devs, since some people already traded their unbundled sets, devs left it like that to avoid all the drama.
