Keyboard and mouse will suddenly stop working properly

I've been having this issue since after the Crownfall patch where my keyboard will start working normally and the keys are not functioning on what they are supposed to do. Also when I try to use the arrow keys on my keyboard when this issue is starting it will just get stuck on the way I moved they the arrow keys so it means my monitor is stuck on one point of the map. Also the mouse is starting to stop working properly wherein it will not click or go to the designated part of the map when you click on the minimap and it will just ping that location or it won't click on the skills or items or basically it will stop functioning properly. I know this is not my keyboard or mouse since I have 2 laptops and both of them are happening on the 2 devices but not on the same time and at random games maybe after 2 games or 5 games. The fix I need to do most of the time is to completely shut off my laptop and reconnect since shutting down dota 2 or steam won't fix the problem or even just restarting the device. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP SINCE THIS IS AFFECTING MY GAMEPLAY AND MMR AND IT HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY ALSO WHEN I AM USING DOUBLE DOWN AND IT REALLY HURTS MY MMR!!! I am already on crusader please don't do this to me hahahaha!

I've been having the same issue. After 1 or 2 games the bug starts happening and I can't play anymore due to this bug. I need to restart my laptop in order for the issue to be resolved. After a few games and here we go again. Hopefully they do something about this. Losing games because of this.

same issue happening to me after 1-2 games bug will appear i cant use my skill using key even outisde dota 2 i can use my keyboard i need to exit and reconnect to become normal at after another 1-2 games happening again
