yes, is good.
Weak in early game, but when he's farmed in mid to late game, he can turn the tide to victory.
But, if he is not ready for fights, or is not playing well, the whole team will suffer. That's just the definition of carries however.
He loses to drafts that want to end early, and usually sucks versus silence early. The rng really sucks early, and if your supports rely on snowballing to farm, it's borderline griefing them. Enemies can just walk away with no real consequences as his ms and unreliable bashes makes walking away a good option. I guess he likes laners with good slows.
It's a hero for those with quick reflexes, a good pick versus annoying ball heroes that clump like a blink lion into blink centaur etc where they all ball. And the hero is very reliable to grief teams with. Don't chrono death ward, don't chrono cm ult, chrono on pudge iniatuon is usually pretty good. Leave out sniper or drow from the enemy team you are better just walking away.
It's the type of hero that delays games by being a threat rather than actually playing. It's time to push when chrono is down or void is dead. If you are OK picking a hero where the game just ends when you die void is one of those heroes
The thing about Void is that he can ult poorly and hurt his own team by trapping them in place, so just be careful about that.
