Candyworks Arcana Problem

Greetings!

Some time ago, I stumbled upon an issue with Candyworks Arcana items: none of them can be deleted from the inventory.

Some of you might find my words ridiculous, but I deeply regret purchasing two Arcana items from the Crownfall Caravan. To me, having these two inferior items feels like a soul-crushing burden that inflicts immense moral suffering.

I understand that no one forced me to buy these items, and I created this problem for myself. However, I wouldn't have made this mistake if I had known that I wouldn't be able to delete them and how much it would torment me.

My suggestion #1: Let’s make Candyworks Arcana items deletable.

Arcana items have always been undeletable, but Arcana items from the Store can be "deleted" from the inventory through trades or sales on the Steam Market, unlike the Candyworks versions.

I understand protecting some items within the game, but Candyworks Arcana items are kitschy nowadays, with counterparts readily available for purchase at any time.

As far as I know, all items have different settings and IDs. If I'm correct, Candyworks and Store items are different, and it should be relatively easy to adjust the settings of Candyworks Arcana items to make them deletable, without affecting Store analogues.

My suggestion #2: Let’s give the possibility to delete items to Steam Support.

I reached out to Steam Support to request the deletion of these items, but Kay and Diego informed me that they don't have the capability to do so. While the support team responded promptly, their answer left me disheartened, prompting me to write this post.

There have been numerous instances in the past where Steam Support has returned accidentally deleted items, but now they seem unable to honor such requests. I believe this is an oversight that should be rectified.

I implore the developers at Valve to provide the option to delete Candyworks Arcana items from the inventory or grant Steam Support the ability to delete items.

1st world problem. Digital assets don't take up space. Just cope with the inability to control everything. I don't see any problems here except that

I would suggest to make swag bag or we can choose arcana what want, if we already get the arcana in first place and it happen to appear again same aracan that you get at candywork caravan. Coz i expect i could get a different arcana that i don't have and knowing it's the same that you got it's kinda feel sad about it. i hope steam community will fix this or adjust the settings.

Why do you want to delete free arcanas?. Just sell your tradeable dupes and keep the free ones. It's asinine to want to throw away freebies especially on dota.
