and if those around you ( US people ) still get it in 3 min.
it might be your Behaviorscore ?
you failed to mention what behavior score you have.
if you have good BS. you might have several accounts ? they share BS. so people with Low BS can't cheat the system by making new accounts.
and one look at your account: i think I know ^^
Yeah I forgot to mention BS score. This account is somewhere between 6-8k . My old main is currently 9k-11k and I'm queuing from Seattle. My old main gets games instantly but my current main getting these 10 min queues. They don't share scores at least not in my case.
At first glance I assumed it was because my BS score is lower on this account. But the consistency of me waiting for that 10 min mark in queue and then post screen saying the average was 3-4 min yet post screen says we all have similar scores. (Just now I had the max queue at 11:29 but the average was 4:32 with "similar BS scores".
Last week I thought maybe because this account has never been calibrated for ranked?
As in the system is trying to pair me with other non calibrated players? (which I assume there are fewer of)
This is the only thing I can think of.
Honestly I just want the option to start in the 10 min queue pool. Because if I'm spending half my time queuing in a game with 750k concurrent players then something has to be wrong or there is something else going on.
if you have Ok ping you could try it. see if you get 1-2 min :)
in conclusion it may be better to wait 10 minutes to have a less stressful match than to get right into a headache I mean game
The last time I played ranked was on my old main about 5 years ago. I only hit a peak of Divine 2 and spend most my time in mid Ancient. I stopped playing ranked maybe 6 months after the Herald-Immortal system was introduced so it's just a guess of what rank I am now. I have no idea where most players lie in terms of rank.
The surveys affecting my game queues is interesting. I have never payed attention to those and just click where ever my mouse cursor is at the time. I will start only picking friendly teammates and see if that has and effect.
