New Player - Dead Game? - Long Queue Times

I've recently been trying to get into DOTA 2 and seriously learn the game. So I play normal all pick. I get queue times that are on average 15 minutes and always the same players. I admittedly play late at night on NA servers. Any reason why this is?

I just reached 100 hours and played 6-7 Ranked games and won all of them. Was playing Nature's Profit support and really killed the game. On my 8th game my queuing time is i don't know max. While i am typing here, it is still queuing now about 20 minutes queue. Can someone help?

I think most of ppl are either playing competitive or turbo, normal game mode is dead because of this but I find matches, it just takes longer

unranked just feels like a slog compared to turbo, i've gotten way too used to turbo mode can't go back
