CHINESE PLAYER IN SEA SERVER SOLO RANKED MATCH MAKING REALLY RUIN THE EXPERIENCE OF PLAYING DOTA

in SEA server ranked match making there is a lot chinese player compete in MMR.
There is a lot of issues playing with those chinese player :

1. They cant communicate effectively, sometimes they didn't even try to make a contact as party not even pinging or responding to whatever the team planned (sometimes there is player with basic english and still not helpful). - This really ruin the experience of playing team player game

2. They always under perform in the match, whenever I see them always they play out of the league in the that matches bracket, they not necessary throwing or some sort just play out of league (btw I'm in Divine - Immortal bracket), they just under perform a lot if compare to other player from SEA.

3. They tend to play individualistic, whatever it is carry or support or any role, they tend to play everything by their own pace, rarely want to stick to push, get objective like rosh etc. they never follow the team. (maybe its connected with point 1 or not)

I experience this for many month maybe a year or so, and its really ruin the experience of playing the MMR.

The frustrating part (for me at least) of the chinese player is they are NOT
necessarily throwing or ruining the game, their play just feel like unsynchronized and out of place in the game. and it really sucks.

Ancient player play like idiots, well they can buy Ancient accounts for 40$ on Taobao after the ban of 1/4 of player base
