Can't Run Dota Anymore

I currently got myself a 3.5Ghz Pentium Gold G4560, 8GB DDR4 Ram and a 2GB GTX1050.

So, I know, that's a very weak setup. However I used to run Dota in it with no problems. I can run GTA V, Apex, Black Desert and many more games at 60fps. I know the game has evolved and became heavier, so my question is:
Can this setup run Dota? I can't get more then 40 fps in game, and it keeps droping to 20 something over the game.

I have tried EVERY single thing I could read online. PC energy settings, CPU priority, VGA settings, optimizations, initialization settings, tried using Vulkan, disabling steam overlay, playing with no other programs open, everything I read on everything troubleshooting I found online.

So is this CPU just not enough to run Dota at 60fps anymore? The specs still say Dual Core 2.8Ghz.

Could I try something else? Could it be any motherboard settings? I'd appreciate any help.

2. try worse video settings, 720p ...

2. i think they coding sux

i have no words,,,if valve will hire counter strike engineers who are senior retired,, they would make game 1000fps stable on microwave

this sucks.. the game rlly shouldn't be that heavy, seems like dota has a dead dev team, they can't even update the game requirements on steam.. damn

i turned shadows off and animated hero icons and everything runs way better, my pc is not that bad either.

It's telling that GeForce Now has some of the graphic settings turned off

you gotta run it on low graphics, put the graphics down... then you will experience true pc gaming, sheet graphics lmao
