DP ULTIMATE SKINS BUG | HELP

I have a bug to report, I must say that I have already sent this message to Steam support and they have already submitted it as a bug, but they said it would be good for me to post it here.
When you use a skin for the death prophet's ultimate spirits, in game the skin doesn't work, you can test it. Regardless of the skin for the spirits you are using, they will be normal spirits, without skin, when you use the ultimate in the match (in test hero mode and also in normal matches). I found out because I bought a skin and it's not working.
But, when you buy the aghanim scepter, the spirits resulting from the scepter's effect will be those of the skin you have equipped.
In my case, I bought the Spirits of the Moth Charmer (Winter Lineage) skin, and in none of the games I played, I was able to see the skin when I used the ultimate, except as I said, when there are spirits from scepter's effect.
I think that after an update as big as 7.36, it's normal to have some bugs, but I hope they get resolved soon.
Any tips?
