PA nerf is a bit too much in this patch...
basically they gave us back the oldest pa version but you not perm invisible on map like before but you must use the skill to have it...

pa can no longer escape from range attacks or spells that target her anymore...

pa was known to be a glass cannon, she had so little hp and def than most hero and 1 single lock down, she is dead very easily.

at least oldest pa have very high agi gain which kinda protect her with more def than now where is so so much lower agi gain, due to the trade off having blur dodge range target.

she now really had no escape skill anymore, so i think you should at least remove escape tag from game on her...

if we look at riki...perm invis, double blink and the trick gives him god mode...backstab dmg is almost = half a single crit from pa though but 100% chance

She is an ASSASIN not an armored assault tank.

I for example don't understand why my heroes die from 1-2 hits and in return cannot kill a single enemy even with their ultimate.

She seems like more of the same to me. Her old was cringe because you couldn't counter it and out of nowhere would come the crits and you're gone. Makes sense for character but not fun to play. With new changes - she's still untargetable, so it's still very much an escape tool, but at least you know when she's around and don't get oneshoted out of nowhere.

Dota 2 design has become very lopsided.

This is the worst state that DOTA has ever been in. Patch 7.33 was a turn in the wrong direction, but this recent patch solidifies Valve's direction to make this game a copy of SMITE/LOL. Seriously, giving every character a passive and 2 facets is the equivalent of giving every character a new ability. This will take years to balance.

Balance does not exist, and it seems like Valve is desperate to draw in LOL players even at the cost of ruining the integrity and competitiveness of the game. The worst part is that LOL players won't leave their game to play the slower clone that DOTA is poised to become.

3) heaven's halberd

4) scythe of vyse

5) satanic for high agility and high attack speed heroes
