Just search for it in youtube.
You need to collect those things from map (act 2 map) by clicking on specific things.

Most people already forgot what happened there and it should be self-explanatory. He's probably referring to the potion right after Snapfire? You just have to pay attention what she's saying and acquire the thing on the map she wants.
Step 1: Cactusi, you just click on those right next to the place.
Step 2: Mushrooms? - little bulbs appearing in the sand around the map.
Step 3: Demon blood - click on big demon's corpse that lays about near the very start of the act 2 - it should play an animation of a spear being pulled from its' back.
Step 4: Firebug Torax - found INSIDE the volcano mountain where axe and cent massacred some random skeletons, you have to actually move the characters there to see the insides of the mountain and there will be a firebug that will try to escape whenever you put mouse near it.
