Challengermode.com new way of scamming people

It all started when a player I met as an opponent offered to make me a teammate to a "tournament" because I played "well" on our match up then he sent me a link that goes to challengermode.com and the site looked legit and maybe it is, so I linked my steam account so I can make an account to that site. Then that player sent me a link inviting me to enter their team so I clicked it. But the tournament never happened and I was just not minding it until I noticed just now May 27, 2024 that my items are missing so I checked my trading history and there it is there were 58 trades happened from May 21 - 24, 2024. I checked my email as to why my steam mobile authenticator didn't notice me and I found an email from steam on May 11, 2024 that I was transferring my steam mobile authenticator to another mobile number. There's no high priced items on my account it just sucks coz all those items items are gifts from my girlfriend and brother.

Basically, never "link" any steam account with anything.
