The matchmaking is rigged

Playing dota ranked is a waste of time, every single game is predetermined to make you waste as much time as possible. For the past week I went from 4.1k mmr to 3.4k and there is literally nothing I can do about it.

Every single game is the same story, I mainly play offlane, my pos 4 picks a useless hero, dies in my lane and then roams. I still win or at least go even in 1vs2 lanes, meanwhile my mid always picks a completely useless hero and loses lane and never roams. My safelane gets stomped, which makes no sense since they are playing a 3vs2. And while all this is happening the enemy pos 1 is free farming the entire game but no one cares.

I said I am never the losing factor, what does this mean? Well that my actions are never the reason as to why we lost the game. What does being the losing factor mean? Being an afk farming pos 2 while the enemy roams the entire map and kills your team. Playing support and feeding the enemy core and then abandoning your core. Playing pos 1 and not knowing how to farm efficiently while your entire team is creating space for you, etc...

Also wtf is victim mindset even supposed to mean? The game has a matchmaking algorithm designed to make you addicted. This can be proven by anyone knowing how statistics work, and no, the coin toss BS that all the npcs on reddit like talking about all the time is a false equivalence that makes no sense in the context of an team based video game with 1000s of variables.

read the description on role que, it literally tells you your not matched based on mmr. if you perform better at a certain role it will act as if your mmr is higher in that role but your actual mmr isnt affected

set aside all the other obvious f'd up things in matchmaking, that alone is enough to prove mmr is rigged

Especially if you go off-meta or with anyone that was nerfed recently, you will have your faced donkeypunched 8 times out of 10. It's all so tiresome. Dota 2 used to be balanced and offer good choices. It's turning into League with "this hero is meta patch X".

Mmr is just a number thats quoted when Dendi was still in NAVI. Its useless based on his comment. So not a big problem whatever your mmr is.

This happened to me the last big patch, just when I would use my double down tokens I would get games just like this. Ended up going from Legend 1 to like Archon 1. Played a couple games of the new patch and it seems the same. Ill probably just quit ranked until a couple nerf patches come out.

Honestly the fact that double down tokens even exists shows that Valve are aware of the fact that the matchmaking is basically a casino. Everything is about making as much money as possible by getting you addicted, why else would they allow you to gamble your chances of getting a higher rank? It completely defeats the point of an accurate and fair ranking system.

its like winrate is tweaked at around 50% no matter how much you win you lose the same amount.
7.35d i won almost every game going +1500mmr easily with almost all games going perfect and opposite team with giving good fight.
suddenly in 7.36 i start i get all griefers all smurfs in opposite team even if i got good team and good early game start there is a smurf/bot who just leaves and gives safe to leave.
ngl not a skill issue but most of the free loader brackets are tweaked tbh

It rigs it against everyone with a 50-50 winrate sorta. Although bottom end may experience 40-60 and top end may experience 60-40

I agree with you, but , admit it, we have to play less in exchange.

Find the right balance in time so you keep your life enjoyable and still have fun **playing** this **video game**.

Now, if you are like me, you'll lose your trust in the whole system , since a lie is a lie, and someone who lies for 1 thing, lies for anything potentially. And there is no "good lie".
