i hope developers see what happend to some heroes after 7.36 and will drop 7.36a as soon as possible. as arc warden mainer, i just hope u'll delete update of cooldown of tempest double after its death, cause 160 secs of cd makes this hero dead. before the patch u used to play farming with arc and skipping waves and connecting to fights with tempest double, cause u wasn't scared loosing it. that was heros key feature. it was balanced, cause hero has counterpicks, has early-mid game weekness, but now he is dead. i hope something will change
