This saved me from that kind of thing

From your Library, right-click on the Dota2, go to the properties, then additional content, tick "Dota 2 - Vulkan support", download
and write these commands in the launch parameters:

-Novid -low -vulkan -prewarm -map dota


Dota2 now loads quicker & prevents the after accept ban from Match Making
