MMR Doubledown tokens lost after patch.. No support.

I had more than 20+ mmr doubledown tokens, after update i got 4 new mmr doubledown token only.. How? They expired? I wrote to support, no reply.

Got scammed with royal bundle then. Anyone else lost mmr doubledown tokens?

Also played 4 games in single draft while act 2 active and got absolutely 0 tokens from those games. IDK whats going on but i want my mmr doubledown tokens which i got most via purchasing bundle..
