DOTA is currently unplayable

After today's patch DOTA is unplayable!
I tried to play chapter 2 3 times. Then I switched to chapter 1 (for experiment) - same thing.
The game freezes when it try to load payers, stats, ... right after you confirm that you will join a game.

FIX the game and remove this stupid time penalty when it is your fault!!!

I'm seriously considering o sue Valve for taking my money (DOTA Plus) but denying me a service!

I have been having the exact same problem. Ever since the patch, consistently getting 'failed to connect to game' and a time penalty. This was not happening before at all. A few random times when I did connect since the patch, always someone else was disconnecting, so had to go back to search again

Pretty sure this is a widespread issue and Valve will notice it soon. Is there a way to tag them directly here, like a mod or representative, to let them know faster?

not sup win7 .It's also not compatible with new PCS . why does DDR5 memory support ECC？As mhz increases, it is inevitable that the stability decreases. DDR5 has a minimum of 4800mhz.Unless Valve wants to stop everyone from using DDR5 or 4000mhz DDR4 . If the memory is stable in most scenarios, the motherboard manufacturer will not optimize the bios for Valve

And the FPS has been getting lower and lower after the game update, as Valve has been trying to make the game compatible with the 1% of 1988 PCs in the trash bin.
