Well, sometimes the lane is being pushed so you tp at the tower and take some gold (if there are no cores aroud ofc), usually here and there you ll find a small window in which you can farm a bit. Outside of this, if you stay with the team you will be in team fights so you will get gold from assists. It's normal to have not that much farm.

Kill with support farm heros take support who has a good ultimate and some support has farming ability as well

early kills on hero. You secure that kill, ok. You sometimes hit a creep, sometimes carry wont be able to get them all. And you stack thiose camps, and you pull those creeps. And you get some jungle farm as well. Sniping a ward is a lot of gold as well.
