Nerfing divine rapier?

Bro, this is an item that I wished I would see more often in my matches, people are so afraid of buying it and using it in teammatches already, when you do it you risk getting reported for simply doing so even. I was happy with the buff, but now I see it nerfed again, was it really necessary?

Are you kidding me? When rapier started giving 25% mag dmg, I saw this item in every third game.

25% as combo is good. but 25% magic dmg solo is bad. should make it 100% at least

For alot of spells you can be further then 1000 units from the enemy, imagine tinker with a 100% damage buff, the 25% is good.
