Riki can be pos 3 or not?
Who said Riki cannot play in pos 3 offlane? Do you agree?

can be good in some games but u need some combo and matchup... unless he is not a good tank D;

that is HIS position, is a bad midlaner,

safe lane. is not that great, cuz in fron riki may have the opposite team offlaner who can tank, or scape him, and on the other side riki in safe lane will have a support harrasing but his damage is not good enough to finish off people too early... you dont want to be the safelane , unless you have a solid midlaner and a very tanky off who can deal enough damage to buy you time...

offlane is the best position for tanky or heroes who have scape methods...

Anything can be offlane, but traditionally offlaner is a tank for team. Can Riki perform this role effectively? Not really. So unless in team or party you better don't do this.
