Report case review rewards!!

i think to make reports more serious and something that needs to be addressed, is to give in game rewards to players who qualify (relatively from higher mmrs) and who are proven to give accurate reviews. that way the game introduces some incentive to both players and reviewers to take in game activities more seriously. curious what you guys think.
