fixing problem unable to queue for matchmaking when running Dota as administrator

the solution to the problem that helped me personally
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64\dota2.exe
properties dota2.exe => compatibility => change settings for all users => run this program on behalf of the admin => disable it/uncheck it.

I tried doing this but the run as admin option wasnt ticked... still have the problem... sad. it was working normally before the chinese new year update...

‼️ mine wasn't set to use run as admin

I clicked on "change settings for all users" and checked/enabled "run this program on behalf of the admin" and applied and saved the settings, then I opened it again and unchecked it.
Can connect to games now, thanks OP

1. Закрыть Steam (полностью).
2. Открыть Реестр.
3. Удалить папку Steam из реестра. Путь: Компьютер\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam
4. Открыть расположение Dota 2
5. Удалить 2 папки bin. Путь:
\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota\bin
\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin
6. Проверить целостность файлов Dota 2.

I was able to fix mine by doing the following. Go to program files
\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game
rename "bin" folder to "bin_old"
then open settings for dota on steam should be the gear icon
under installed files verify the integrity
upon completion you should be able to get a new set of files that work
