Unable to Start Game (Dota 2)

My Laptop Asus ROG with Nvidia RTX 3060
After the latest update of Nvidia v551.23
and the latest update Dota 2, I got this massage :
"Failed to initialize NVIDIA Drive!
NVIDIA driver profile error at NVAPI_ACCESS_DENIED
Please visit NVIDIA website to get the most recent version of the graphics drivers and restore your application driver profile and global driver profile to NVIDIA defaults."
Can somebody help me please?

Same issue, I can connect to custom lobbies and watch live games but as soon as the main menu treasure loads everything stops working

I got same issue but as AMD.

Actually in my issue I can't even go to lobby
I stuck with that massage when i click play in steam library

i've got this solution from github
1. Look for the folder named Drs located in "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation".
2. Delete the folder "Drs" (if its not there goto next step).
3. Create a new folder with name "Drs".
