FIX:cant connect or watch game!!
Easy Way to fix! its worked for me perfectly! i looking and whole day seaching about fixing! now i got it ! here the way: click Dota,properties,DLC and Mark(Right) Vulkan support DLC and u will get small update! after then will be work!try it out!its small way to do! if u worked!please comment down here to see other ppls to fix and help!i hope its might be help! thanks all!

What worked for me :

Open Steam Library, right click DOTA2 go to property and go the game files.
Delete BIN folder from Dota install directory.
Now go back to Steam and click "check integrity of files" to restore the deleted folder.
It worked for me
