Game can't start, getting banned from search

After the 'Dragon' update, client can't start the game after i accept it, game won't load i got kicked back to main menu, can't reconnect and get banned from game search. Please FIX

when reinstalling i play 1-3 games then same problem. banned for 45 minutes every time

если пользовался отдалением камеры надо .dll в дефолтные вернуть , из за этого может в игру не пускать

Reinstall Dota 2 would not working.
You need to:
- Delete Bin folder in Dota 2
- Verify integrity and let it download again
- After completed, Clear Download Cache on Steam
