Long story short, it's a macbook pro, and I know you are all thinking that is the issue but it has been more than fine before with everything else. I can play it just fine on the mac with no frame drops, but it's when the Ogre Immortal comes online then. If you want more specific details, then here:
Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB
Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Now, I don't want people to be saying "Get a PC" Or "You play on a mac" as the issue to my problem, that is not why I am here, and not what I am looking for, so please just give me something useful to help with this issue please.
the quick solution find another mac user are they have this same problem, then together keep reporting to valve, if not they will make you just unique case, and wont bother patching it up
Should be easy enough since we had a few people who said they were having the same issue before in my first post.

Here is the long text, for context, that *might* help you:
First, set these launch commands:
-novid -high -useforcedmparms -nogammaramp -noforcemspd -noforcemaccel
(And -nomicsettings if you don't plan on using your mic)
Second, go to "Video Options in Game"
Enjoy Dota at high quality - for a competitive game, stable, running decent by a 10 year old game with a 2012 computer. I play with Nvidia Low Latency Enabled + Boost. Try it out disabling completely to see how it works for you.
Try and learn and test things yourself. But if you wanna follow my list, do it fully, then after some games, adapt to your liking. I never got a drop of FPS on fights or during games, no packet loss, very seldom crashes and I am blessed to have a 4-7 Ping to my region server.
It also don't hurt to install maitenance APPS, such as CCleaner, which is a free and renowed app that helps clean up windows. Talking about windows, windows update is a thing, same as drivers - CCleaner got you there aswell.
Extra: Learn about "Power Management" on Windows Configuration, and if you are an Nvidia or Radeon user, Steamdeck, Intel or AMD, make sure to google those related to Dota 2: there are always more knowledge out there aswell. On Nvidia, for example, you must configure it to "Always Maximum Performance", under energy, to make sure it runs smoothly: do your research.
In the End: Try going to "Help" - "Contact Steam Support"
Make sure you write a ticket under "Tech Problem" so it sends a DXDiags and notify the devs. The more people with the problem doing it leaders to fast resolve.
