Shivas,Radiance,Maelstorm and it's upgrades(Mjol active is great),Battle fury is the least attractive option but could work depending on your hero choice.
also,butterfly could work since most illu heroes hate buying MKB.
Axe /w Blink Dagger & Blade Mail tend to ruin chances of illusion escapes too.
If late game they (Phantom Lancer/Naga Siren/Arc Warden) are pushing hard and have very tanky illusions, Dragon Knight is good at crippling them into being useless.
