And either you accept that - or quit Dota 2.
Abandoning a game means 4 other people got an auto-loss, and it's griefing. Dota 2 doesn't have a way to replace a player that abandoned with an AI Bot. And that would still be unfair.
Your alternative option is to queue with 4 friends instead, where there is an option to call /gg and the game ends in 10 seconds, and it's more fun and less draft-problematic to deal with.

Abandoning is one of the more serious offences in game and has a large punishment assigned to it. Your reasoning for abandoning is ridiculous, if it is such an issue that people play to your requirements then you can either a) play in a stack or b) play ranked roles.
Even then you're not really in any sort of position to assess peoples picks and pass judgement before the game even begins.
