Tide is also ok because of his ult and since CK usually buys a lot of stats items, Anchor Smash will reduce his damage a lot. Magnus is nice as well since his stuff goes through BKB and you can give cleave to your allies...
Omni is probably not good since your nuke won't kill his illusions, his rift goes through spell immunity and while your ult can help, that's pretty much the only advantage you have over CK.
Earthshaker and Omniknight immediately come to mind. Maybe Faceless Void or Medusa if needing a counter-carry?
Lich works if he's terrible at micro.
Omniknight does not counter CK at any stage of the game past laning. (A smart CK can even build diffusal to kill you and will bait your ult.)
OD/SK/WD/ES/Timber/LC really cannot stop CK if he has 4k HP and 30 armor. Neither can Pugna/Lion (even though ult + Aghs or Hex + Mana Drain does let you rapidly destroy illusions, there's still too many). I've played as CK where I tanked a full duration WD aghs ulti or ES refresher ulti and then counterkilled them. IT's probably safest to have two of these counterheroes.
Sven and Gyro under ideal conditions can kill CK and his army, but I feel CK initiation vs. Sven/Gyro initiation are about equal so I'd say they are more like mutual counters late-game.
