dota 2 map hack

pls tell me i`m not the only one that thinks that some people are using map hack.. honestly, i was playing some games against windranger and/or mirana and everytime they were just hiding out of sight and using only arrows to stun/kill players. I KNOW that people will say " yea because he is a pro , and that is how you play with the hero" but NO, you can`t just hit every arrow and i mean EVERY arrow perfectly in zones you don`t have visibility.
There was no invisible heroes around ( all were on their lanes ); There were no wards, me and a friend got extremely annoyed by mirana's always hitting arrow from nowhere so we decided to deward our whole forest, and i mean WHOLE, and no wards were found, yet still mirana would use her arrow randomly and always hit us. I even put another friend to watch the game i was curently playing and he told me they never warded, mirana was just shooting "random" and she got "lucky shots" everytime.
Also a few days ago i found a reddit post about some russian inventing a maphack script for dota 2 but the post was from 6 months ago.
I just want to get this clarified ; is there a dota 2 map hack ? if so, are steam doing something about it ? are they investigating the issue at least ? because it's obnoxiously annoying to play against map hacking russians.
Oh and let's not mention that i always play on europe WEST which is obviously FULL of russians.

There is a maphack in dota2....but is quite rare since its easy to get detected and get kicked out.

Two things: Suspected hack and "map hacking russians"...etc. What is the match ID#? I would like to take a look at it. Another thing you can do is check the Steam Profiles of the players you played against to see if they have a VAC ban now.

First off you should watch the replay and always post match ID when making such claims so others can actually see for themselves. Map hacks do exist, though as stated they are quite rare. Far more common is the internet mentality of "They rekt me so they must be cheating."

When you master a hero or a role - you will be able to do it. haha,
For example, a good carry can smell dangerous and escape from ganker in many situations even they do not have any vission :D

thanks for the replies, altough some of them were retarded since i stated that i watched the replay, even had a friend follow the game and we both saw a russian mirana ( cyka bliat) shooting randomly in forest always hitting heroes without wards ( and no, no creeps to give them visibility lol) and then chasing the heroes, prooving that she knew there were heroes there even though we constantly put sentries and found no wards whatsoever. I will rememer next time to get the match id ( haven`t thought of it) and it was about 30-40 matches ago and can`t pinpoint it specifically atm. Also i wanted a fast clean answer because ( as i said) there was a post on reddit of a russian inventing map hack but it was from 6 months ago and i was curious if steam knew about this. here is the reddit post at least. https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/3hf3ah/maphack_exist_in_dota2_and_more_scripts_i_wasnt/

Do you have evidence that the player was actually maphacking? So far I've gotten "Player succeeded in all of their skillshots".
