Magic Resist/Evasion/Cleave/Magic AMP< Stack.
On another more serious note.
Its pretty easy to write what stack and what don't.. The most common faults however is that people think evade, block dmg etc stacks.. they often do "ohh but its 3x 30" then its 90%.. thats not how it works :D its 1 chance of 30% if miss another chance of 30 % if miss another chance of 30 % and thats a whole different thing than 1 time 90%.
Note I am not saying they don't stack, they just don't stack the way people think ^^
Remember to use ALT-modifier when watching in-game items to see extra information.
dota2 gamepedia also shows lots of information regarding everything, so you should use that as your primarey information source on almost everything.
Magic resistance can be stacked, diminishing returns
Crits can be stacked, but a "crit" cant "crit". If you have a 25% chance to crit and buy another 25%, the chances your attack crits is 1-0,75*0,75 = 43,75%. So 4 25% chance crits isnt a quaranteed crit.
Cleave stacks additively (35% cleave + 35% cleave = 70% cleave)
Bash indeed does not stack
Damage block stacks with diminishing returns
Crits stack with diminishing results
Movement speed is tricky - Only the highest +ms boots work (other bonuses work as normal), eul's stack infinitely, only one +ms from Yasha line, only one +ms from Drums.
Magic resist - diminishing returns
Armor - normal
Cleave - normal
How does diminishing returns work:
PA with Coup De Grace (15% chance)
She has crystalys (20%) and Daedalus (30%).
So the chance you do not crit is (1-0,15)*(1-0,2)*(1-0,3)=0,85*0,8*0,7=0,476=47,6%.
That means that you have 1-0,476=0,524=52,4% chance to crit on any attack you make. If multiple critical damage sources proc at same time only the highest multiplier will work.
So if CdG and Crystalys proc at the same attack you will multiply by CdG crit multiplier
If Daedalus and Crystalys proc at the same attack, you will multiply the attack by Daedalus crit multiplier.
Magical damage interactions
AM, with spell shield level 4 is affected by Rubick Null field level 4 and Pipe Aura. He is also decrepified by enemy Pugna and Ancient sealed by Skywrath
Default hero resist 25%
Spell shield 50%
Null Field 20%
Pipe Aura 10%
Decrepify +60%
Ancient Seal +45%
So if someone casts 300 magical damage nuke he takes
300 * (1-0,25) * (1- 0,5) * (1-0,2) * (1-0,1) * (1+0,6) *(1+0,45) = 300*0,75*0,5*0,8*0,9*1,6*1,45= 187,92 Damage
also sange yasha is not modifier... err what else?
