1) Enable console (right click Dota 2 in library -> Properties -> first tab -> Set Launch Options -> -console (with the "-" sign)

2) In-game, press \ to bring up console (default keybind, can be changed in options)

3) In the console type: developer 1

4) In the console type: dota_game_account_debug

player_behavior_score_last_report is a value between 0 - 10,000. The closer you are to 10,000 the less toxic you are and better chance of getting matched with less toxic players, griefers, etc.
