Is Heroic effigy permanent?

i just create a Heroic effigy but i don't understand it wrote limited uses :1.... is it only for one match??

It's permanent. If you want to change the style again, you have to buy the "Effigy Reforger".

And if you create your effigy, it will be restricted to your account only. Not tradeable or marketable. You can only edit it.
