Character skins are not appearing in load screen.

I bet 95% of people who play Dota 2 don't realize how many skins aren't appearing during load screen, since this is something I only noticed since I play side by side with my significant other and then started asking others in discord while playing. For the past roughly 8 months probably this problem has been occurring. I personally find great offense to my skins not showing up and people saying things like "Default Jugg, yeah we got this" etc. You know.... the Dota 2 community has paid a lot of money on these skins just for them not to show up has been pretty ludicrous. I had assumed something as dramatic as this would be fixed but alas, we're coming up on a year now. That's really all I have to say. Thank you.

I can confirm this is happening to me as well... drives me crazy. I've spent quite a bit of money on my custom sets, and the idea that people are just seeing my characters with a basic skin in the pre-game load screen is INFURIATING.

No, because I dont use hacks and it happens to me, too.
