Angel of Vex skin and Cache's for trade? But how?

Okay, so. I noticed a reskin of Kid Envoker called "Angel of Vex" and wanted to get my hands on it. Come to find out that the skin is part of a Cache called the "Diretide 2022 Collector's Cache", and seems like the Cache nor skin can be traded. However, people on the trading forms are advertising Cache's and that skin despite it appearing that they can't be traded, once more, the items don't appear in their tradable inventory. What am I missing? Any information about be appreciated.

You can gift these items a limited number of times so people do gift trading.

But how do you avoid getting scammed? It seems like you'd give them a trade offer, they'd accept, but then not give you the item. Is there anyway to check?

Sorry, but currently I don't have any items to trade for, and it's the Angel of Vex skin that I wanted. Honestly, I am new to the whole trading thing. Do you have that skin? I could add you now, and possibly in the future get what I need to trade.
