Not only he was live coached by professional players - including backseating plays - but Grubby is a professional streamer, that gets paid to play more than eight hours a day - not only that, he is a former Warcraft 3 champion, and before playing Dota he was grinding a lot of Heroes of the Storm (he was a professional analyst for that game).

Grubby is a good player and if you watch his streams, he is always with a positive mindset because he is not only grinding MMR, but creating content and earning money by doing so. He talks to his team, don't get into discussions and overall is a nice guy. Cheers to him on that.

I can't tell if, while not streaming, he got someone to play for him or if he played party MMR - I never saw his profile and I don't have him on my friend list. It's not as if he got "SirActionSlacks" carried (slacks openly says he just got to immortal by playing Warlock 5 a with some well known boosters and that was a long time ago).

What I can tell is that he is a very dedicated person in everything he does.

I just choose to play RPing as a taiwanese sweat shop slave trying to escape hell by practicing Dota 2 to eventually boost accounts for a fat $20 [633 New Taiwan Dollers currently], but failing to and thus failing my family too. I can only resent the USA and its capitalists now.

Grubby do this with coaching from pro players. Yes He played Dota 2 themsefe but pro players say him what he must do ^^ ....so do you realy think he can do this alone?

dont talk nonsense, grubby is professional wc3 player, professional wc3/starcraft players more highskilled than the default dota pro players. Why we dont see many professional wc3/starcraft players in dota???? There is a simple answer - dota is so boring game for them. And if you got more idiots in your team then you lose. And if you use nonstandard gameplay then you lose cuz 4 idiots in your team got brain damage, zero iq and dont understand how to play dota. If they saw nonstandard gameplay from teammate then they start feed 0-40 on mid after rage buyback, block all spots with wards for all game, press move button on teammate and try dont let him farm all game, afk in amulet near towers, place wards on their base near the fountain, steal aegis from teammates, use body block for feed the enemy, destroy their items and etc.
