Progress All Arcana in Turbo not count (if u lose match)

hey valve, can u read me please.
im play turbo only and if i lose match, progress Arcana not count like Arcana DR, Spectre or Razor, can u count it if lose match?
why so hard play this...
not listen? never buy Arcana Venge and Skymage.

like Arcana WR, i done it if i lose match in turbo. why not all arcana. just count it if lose
