Dota 2 not launching

Game is not launching atm, not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. It says 'downloading content (0%)' - I have restarted pc and program...but nothing works.

Try right clicking dota, going to properties and running a "Fix Files". Usually solves. You can also unninstall and install again.

If doesn't solve, try updating your drivers and windows - I have a guide on my profile about fps tips.

If all that don't work, go to the top of the steam client, click "Help" and click on Steam Support. Write a ticket, they are amazingly fast responding and very supportive.

Thanks for that. It ended up booting after waiting 5 min but now I have to wait 15 min to play as dota crashed mid game and disconnected :(

solved by restart steam

Try to download in "additional content" (right click on game in library): OpenGl and Vulcan - and game start checking files and download new files
