Will i get banned if i create new account and play?
Came back to Dota after months but my behavior score is 4.4k. It takes so long to find matches hence i was wondering if i should just create new account but worried that i might get banned?

Both accounts might get banned. I wouldn't risk it tbh.
Just keep playing while pretending chat doesn't exist and avoiding abandons. Went from 3k to 10k last year.

Not instantly but eventualy,yeah
It's not worth the risk if you care about the game, just play a bit of co-op bots with a pusher or something until your BS gets high enough.

Keep in mind, right now I'm sitting at a little over 10k and after getting a winning game my next games will take about 10-15 min to find and I will be crushed with the worst kind of feeders and a "mixed behaviour" score so the rigging factor is involved in queue duration too.

It‘s a lottery. If you start from scratch, just play, Don‘t invest too much, neither time nor money because the account may get banned with the next ban wave, or not. For the positive side, you can play the game with improved queue times and it’s a much more „easy gaming“.

Bot-coop mode doesn‘t do anything to behavior or communication score.

That's not true,I rehabed my account after a few power outs in my last apartment playing co-op bots. went back to almost 10k when it was the max.

If it doesn't work for you,it's your communication/other reports

I just came back to Dota 2 after a long time of not playing, and to be honest i did not play for more that 100hours in total. what exactly does decrease your behavior score ?

I want to start and play Dota 2 daily but i want to keep my behavior score as high as possible ofcourse.

Can anyone explain me what not to do that affects behavior score ?
(i dont even know what my behavior score at this moment is)

Thanks!

Behavior score used to be a hidden metric of dota. It is used to pair players that have similar behavior- So a high behavior score ensures that the amount of unpleasant people you find are minimal.
I have had 10k my whole dota life (well, I have dipped down a bit sometimes, but i have only ever gone as low as 8k because sometimes you need to abandon a match for real life reasons) and most of the people I meet are either quiet or pleasant.
Behavior score has only been a public thing in recent year,s but I imagine it's effects are the same. The more behavior score you have- the nicer your teammates will be. Keep in mind that does NOT translate to personal skill, just human decency. Dota will also only try to put you with people with similar behavior scores, if matchmaking takes long enough it will broader the scope and you will find yourself with lower/higher (mostly lower) behavior score teammates.
It also enables you to ping items on your teammates inventory (super useful!! But very situational) and 10k behavior and communications core enables you to Coach players with lower mmr than you.

Ah, apologies, I did not see you asked what decreases behavior score.
The answer is Reports (there is also a rumor that false reports do it as well), and being muted by your teammates I suppose.
Muting also depends a lot- I think when you mute your whole team you do not influence their behavior score. And if more than one player mutes the same person in their team it is possible their behavior score goes down.
I am.. not quite sure about the last two points tho, because I speak english and a lot of of my teammates are russian, so I would expect them to mute someone speaking in a language they don't understand- yet that has not lowered my behavior score in the least.
tldr- be a decent person, don't flame your enemies in global chat... and this is horrible advice, but don't play mid if you are not confident in it? Dota will always be a bit toxic.

Oh and by the way, you could ALWAYS check your behavior score ever since the beginning of dota2 I believe, it was a console command.

yes. It takes a bit tho. I got 1.5k back in about a month with 50% winrate in about 60 or so matches(I also haven't played for a bit about 2-3 years, and the few times I did in the past years I had to abandon a few games. Ranked match offenses for trolling, grieffing and abandoning should also be more severe.

That was probably some time ago ... right? Ok, at that time I was at maximum and couldn't notice any change. Now, that I'm below 10k behavior score, bot-coop does nothing, neither regarding behavior nor communication score.

If you create a new account your are liable to have the newest one banned and a warning issued at best, or both accounts outright permanently banned at worst.

you can clean your PC from steam and dota files in order to erase information about your main account and then you can create a smurf. Cleaning is not necessary to switch to the main, but when switching an account from the main to a smurf, you always need to do a cleaning. It's not forever, but about 50 games, after that you don't need cleaning. Information on how to clean is available on the Internet.

Everything is logged on Valve's end. They can easily see all accounts linked to the same email, number, PC and other various identifiers.

Erasing the Dota files is nothing compared to the vast amount of logs Valve has on each account.
