New Sentry bug? Ice Snowman Ward

In my last 3-4 matches i saw that someone placing an Ice snowman looking type of sentry which cannot be targeted by ranged heroes unless you are very close to it. You cant even select it if the enemy placed it and you can see it with your sentry still you cant select it.

Is anyone also facing the same problem?
