Is item dissassembly being removed as a design feature.

I like the flexibility it gives and am sad to see it being removed for many items. If something is no longer a design consideration? If I can't disassemble arcanes, let me disassemble tranquils then

Another issue is when the items it combines with aren't useful on any meta build strategy. Vlads is disassemble able now but to build what? satanic and crystalis? but basi and buckler are useful? I think the disassemble able items is nice, but recipes need more thought about what it can be built into.
