Does Using GeForce now Cloud system is allowed?

I am Really Scared since i see many people getting banned
and i just got The Gift on my inventory so scared to open it
And since i am playing on Toaster With win7 and Dota ended support with directx9
I Decided to use the Cloud Gaming for like 2 or 1 years to play Dota
I Dont Play Rankeds and i have good behaviour but i am not sure if nvidia with shared account make trigger valve thing
