New Player Experience is Horrendous

As a new player, having played many other mobas before, this game ranks as one of the worst, because of the horribly implemented hidden features and also because of the behavior score system.
My first 15 matches were pretty fun and because i had a good look at items and heroes before playing i got to have some decent impact on some of those matches and kind of carried them. After the first behaviour score update, which was something around 8700, it all went downhill. I apparently got shadowpooled and my matches were decided by smurfs that were way more experienced than me on the enemy team and my team. Slowly i am learning to adapt to the new situation and my winrate is still positive, but since then every time i get a behavior score update my matches keep getting more frustrating. There are obviously still some "smurfs", but they are mostly not very good and then there are these bot-like players (or potentially actual bots ihdk), that go 0-16 in 20 mins, buy weird items or no items at all etc. Far in between there are some close matches, that are not completely one-sided stomps.

The main issue i am having here is that these games become more toxic by nature, but also the players are extremely frustrated and tend to be toxic and report each other a lot. This is with behavior score 8k+ still. But my score keeps tanking, because of these extremely toxic matches and i feel pretty hopeless at this point that it will ever improve.
I feel like i got punished for being "too good" in my first few matches, while i am actually still pretty bad at the game and there seems to be no way out of this. While people aren't as openly toxic as in league for example, the overall experience and having to watch your behavior score tank and therefore be exposed to continuously more toxic players feels even worse. Is this even a result of being shadow pooled or is this just how low MMR unranked games are?

Listen ;) It is not your fault :) This game is famous from rigged matchmaking ;) The game usually match me with people 2-3 ranks lower than me :) guess what you can expect xDDD
