Why are guides very often NOT WORKING?!
Seriously, is Valve aware of this being an issue. Every other game I am unable to view a hero guide. I see the list of all guides, I can also select indivual guides, but the actual guide does not load. The related section of the screen simply stays blank. And this has been going on for weeks.

i dont know after few updates ago.. i cant also buy neutral item in test mode hero.

Its the same reason we have no matchmaking system .. they sleeping .. doing some UI stuff to get even more sleep.

It's so they can sell you the fix. Whether it was intentional or not doesn't change that they can monetize you for item suggestions where a guide would work before

Default guides are trash anyway.
I'm a pro, i'll teach you how to gitgud.
1: Pick a hero you like and go to practice mode to learn how they work.
2: Go to the guides page and check the most commonly used items.
3: Make you own guide, picking your own items from the common ones.
4: Play a real match. Find out what works.
5: Revise your guide, add new items, remove crappy items.
6: Repeat steps 4+5 forever.
