How to contratict an overwatch penalty?

I got a wrong penalty. How do i contradict?

normal players dont have any rights in dota like a normal citizens in any country. They even dont tell you what you did wrong and you even cant appeal the case. I dont understand why american players dont report on valve corp. Where is american democracy???? Or even in EU, where is democracy????

LOL 18 years? I played 3.7k hours since 2016 and recently i got to be OW police. If you dont have that compared to me it means you are often toxic than you are not. cuz my bh was full most of time. well deserved penalty is my guess.

There is no option to do that. If you become police you are just given option to download the clip and pass judgement. Thats it

i dont know how this happens.

I had to wait for 10 minutes. A game was found. I lost the roll for mid and filled the missing possing - carry. I never did anthing toxic and tried to win the game. The people in my team were talking in a language i could not understand. My lanemate flamed me, i blocked him and informed the team about it. I never fed. i didnt afk farm. I didnt do anything toxic.

3. 40:49 game losing throw.

I think it was fair reporting. It was griefing to your team.

Personal opinion(or feelings): You let down a rare pos5 abaddon player who can make these items and execute successful whopping 41k heals. I would be feeling devastated and probably never touched unranked unlil I watch some guideline videos.

I am a mid player and played pos 1 because i lost the roll and ofc respected it. I wanted to up in rating, not down.

1. The orb of corruption was a recommended item and i wanted to play correctly and not brown boots battle fury.
2. i was greedy because i saw a stack. i thought i would get away with it. when wd cam i tried to kill him because i knew i could not escape at this point.
3. i never threw by intention.

U say i made bad plays, but where did i grief at any point?

Also abaddon got report by me because at one point he intentionally blocked me to get me killed my lifestealer. I got informed about his punishment.

Bad plays which could have been easily avoided counts as grief. If compared to another example its like 10th grade student is failing to do 1st grade mathematics. In your mind you are innocent but it had negative impact on your team and feelings.

So i tried my best to be the kindest player. I respected the roll. I played a role i cant play because it was the role i ahd to play. I tried to win. I didnt flame back. I didnt afk farm. I defended. I fought with the team. I did everything i could. And still its okay that i get a ban?

As for "protecting crazy and immature people". Well reality is its not just in gaming. Outside too if you are beneficial person to people in charge then law is inconvinient and "never existed" for next procedure. You dont possess enough benefit for dota 2 management so you getting a bad trearment.

My personal opinion: 18 years of playing dota but still makes basic mistakes makes you a bad player and frequently reported too then valve detect you as a "odd" player and put you with similar bh. Emotions not counted. If you keep playing like that your new acc will end up same as old acc. Also mask your IP to avoid "smurf" ban.

But its unplayable like this. i played mid for years. i know the few heroes i play very well and my rating on the might be 2-3k above what i can do when i have to play another roll. so once i lose the roll, i suck and i lose behaviour score. my score dropped from 10k to 6k in the last few month.
